Our goals
Distribution of aid supplies

Provision for people displaced by the Chechen war. Because of the dangers involved, distribution had to be adapted each time to the daily changes in the camp and the route leading there.
The bitter poverty people suffer, not only in some far away country but even in our neighboring eastern European states, continually prompts us to help. Every year we send many tons of aid supplies out from Nidda. These are primarily clothes and shoes that are new or in good condition, food, medical supplies and various other products.

The goods are collected at approximately 200 collection points all across Germany. We collect them with our vehicles, sort them in our storage facilities and prepare them for further transport by truck or sea container. In the recipient countries they are distributed to the needy, who are often named to us by social welfare offices. Lists are kept as to who receives what in order to check that the distribution is fair.

The great gratitude of the recipients, expressed both during distribution and in letters of thanks, is a constant source of joy to us and a motivation to continue with the ministry.
